Cocktail Bay specialise in creating Virgin (non Alcoholic and Alcoholic cocktails made out of fruits eg Pineapples, Watermelons, Coconuts, Mangoes etc. We also sell a selection of Old Jay Spiced Rums and cocktails. We work closely with the Malibu and Old Jay brand so they supply us with POS (Point of sale) and giveaways which works well with the customers. I’ve been running the Cocktail bar over
the last 4 summers at the Proper food and drink events and Chilli fest in Newcastle. Through a lot of interest from event organisers that have seen the bar I’ve decided to try events further a field.
